🛑 REQUIREMENTS (Must Meet to Apply): • Experience: Proven experience in Critical Care / ICU nursing. • Specialized Skills: CRRT and EVD experience are strictly required. • Availability: Must be able to work the full Friday–Sunday weekend block. • Holiday Note: No RTO (Requested Time Off) allowed during the week of July 4th.
📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. • Manage specialized equipment including CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) and EVD (External Ventricular Drain). • Monitor patient vitals and hemodynamics, responding rapidly to changes in condition. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary critical care team to implement treatment plans. • Maintain precise documentation and patient safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
