REQUIREMENTS (Must Meet to Apply):
- License: Active Michigan Medical License + MI DEA.
- Certification: Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
- Certs: Active AHA BLS & ACLS required.
- EMR: Epic experience highly preferred.
- Background: Clean file requested for expedited credentialing.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care (Adult/Geriatric focus; minimal Pediatrics).
- Maintain a manageable pace of 12–16 encounters per day.
- Perform routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and minor clinical procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely charting within the Epic EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with advanced practice providers and clinical staff.
