- SKILLS: Comfortable as the sole provider on call.
📅 SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
- Shift: 24-Hour Inpatient coverage (7a–7a).
- Call: Unrestricted off-site call + County nursing home coverage.
- Support: One Physician Assistant on-site.
🏥 CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT:
- Facility: 25-bed Critical Access / Level IV Trauma.
- Population: Adult & Geriatric focus; No OB.
- Services: Full on-site Lab and Radiology.
