About the Job
Provides high-quality CT imaging for emergency, inpatient, outpatient, trauma, stroke, ICU, and operating room patients during overnight hours. Performs CT examinations according to departmental protocols while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and timely workflow. Collaborates with radiologists, nursing staff, emergency department personnel, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, or CT eligibility per department requirements.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently during third shift.
- Availability for overnight shifts, including every other weekend.
- Perform CT examinations according to established departmental protocols.
- Provide imaging services to emergency, inpatient, outpatient, trauma, stroke, ICU, and operating room patients.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain timely and efficient imaging workflows.
- Work independently during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, emergency department teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule:
- Shift: Overnight / Third Shift.
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Shift Length: 12 hours.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Required Qualifications:
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, or CT eligibility per department guidelines.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Competency in acute trauma and stroke diagnostic imaging workflows.
