Job Title: General Dentist – Outpatient Dental Practice

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, personable General Dentist to join a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice with 7 modern operatories and a dedicated support team of Hygienists, Treatment Coordinators, and Dental Assistants. In this role, you will provide comprehensive "bread and butter" general dentistry for an adult patient population, focusing on high-quality care and efficient same-day treatment completion.

Schedule & Practice Details:

Work Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call Requirements: Scheduled office shifts only; No evening/weekend call.
Practice Environment: Fully staffed 7-operatory clinic specializing in adult general dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Dental Care: Perform routine diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and operative dental procedures (examinations, restorations, extractions, crowns/bridges).
Same-Day Treatment: Diagnose patient needs and execute efficient same-day care plans to optimize patient convenience and outcomes.
Clinical Direction: Collaborate with and guide dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure seamless clinical operations and patient satisfaction.
Patient Communication: Educate adult patients on treatment options, oral hygiene practices, and preventive care strategies in a clear, supportive manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program [Required].
Licensure: Active, unencumbered State Dental License [Required].
Certifications: Active DEA Registration [Required/Preferred per clinical practice].
Core Competencies: Proficiency in core general dentistry interventions, strong diagnostic skills, efficient same-day care delivery, and excellent interpersonal skills.
