Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team in a long-term care setting. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee daily therapy operations, support clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality patient care while collaborating with facility leadership.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology staff.
Oversee rehabilitation program operations and clinical quality initiatives.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Monitor documentation, chart audits, and therapy program standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
Assist with program development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Promote a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience required.
Active Missouri (MO) license or compact state license required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Information:

13-week contract assignment.
Day shift with no weekends or on-call.
Guaranteed 35 hours per week.
