Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide portable X-Ray and EKG services throughout the San Francisco area. This field-based role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering diagnostic imaging services directly to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and patient residences.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating portable imaging equipment in a variety of clinical settings.
Schedule
- Afternoon Shift
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 8-Week Assignment
- Weekend coverage as needed
- On-call rotation required
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile X-Ray examinations using portable imaging equipment
- Conduct EKG testing as ordered
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Transmit studies securely for physician interpretation
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Communicate effectively with facility staff and dispatch teams
- Perform routine equipment and vehicle inspections
Requirements
Required
- Active ARRT Certification
- Active California Radiologic Technologist License
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience performing diagnostic X-Ray procedures
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver portable imaging equipment
- Ability to transport equipment between facilities throughout the shift
