Outpatient Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic, physician-led care team in an outpatient primary care setting. This role involves treating patients of all ages with a focus on comprehensive, long-term care.
Schedule & Clinical Details:
- Work Week: 40 hours per week (34 hours of direct patient contact).
- Flexible Options: Choice of a 4-day or 5-day work week.
- Patient Volume: 18–24 patients per day.
- On-Call: Light, shared phone-only coverage with RN triage. No in-office weekend hours; telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends (every few months).
- EMR: Epic.
- Team: Collaborative environment with APPs and opportunities to teach medical or NP/PA students.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 + Productivity Incentives.
- Starting Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in first paycheck).
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the start of Year 2.

Requirements:
- Board Status: Must be Truly Board Certified or Board Eligible. Lapsed certifications are not accepted.
- Licensure: Active New York license (or willingness to obtain).
- Certifications: DEA and ACLS (AHA) required by start date.
- Experience: Strong interest in primary care for all age groups.
- Self-Query: Must provide a recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) at the time of presentation.
- Restrictions: Not seeking 1099, Visa candidates, or long-distance commuters. Local candidates within 30 miles of the institution cannot be cleared.
