We are seeking an experienced Licensed Psychologist to provide specialized psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
This position requires extensive experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations, including children as young as 3 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment & Treatment:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop treatment recommendations and intervention plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Assess and intervene during crisis and emergency situations.
- Develop mental health diagnoses and treatment strategies.
Collaboration & Care Coordination:
- Work closely with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when appropriate.
- Participate in treatment planning and program development initiatives.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding best practices.
Documentation & Quality Improvement:
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation.
- Complete assessment reports and treatment records.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and program evaluation.
- Support development of clinical policies and specialty practice guidelines.
Professional Development:
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and committee work.
- Maintain knowledge of current psychological treatment approaches.
- Utilize evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Support organizational and departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Licensure:
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program REQUIRED.
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship REQUIRED.
- Active Texas Psychologist License REQUIRED.
Experience:
- Extensive child and adolescent psychology experience REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable treating children as young as age 3.
- Specialized training and clinical experience in pediatric behavioral health REQUIRED.
- Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy services REQUIRED.
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certification REQUIRED.
- Current NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) REQUIRED.
- At least one professional reference within the past 24 months REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills REQUIRED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with evidence-based specialized treatments.
- Experience in highly specialized psychological practice areas.
