We are hiring a licensed Social Worker for an Adult Behavioral Health Intake role supporting adults, adolescents, and children within a behavioral health setting.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Some evening/weekend hours may be required.
- No on-call.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral health intake assessments.
- Develop safety plans and treatment recommendations.
- Complete clinical documentation and care coordination.
- Provide support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
- Assist with referrals and person-centered care planning.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling REQUIRED.
- Active Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC License REQUIRED.
- Minimum 1 year post-master’s behavioral health experience REQUIRED.
- Experience working with adults, children, and developmental disabilities REQUIRED.
- Crisis intervention experience preferred.
