Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a community mental health program. This leadership role provides clinical supervision, operational oversight, and support to multidisciplinary staff while ensuring high-quality behavioral health services and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Supervise the daily administrative and clinical operations of the program.
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support efficient service delivery to clients and community partners.
Clinical Supervision
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to program staff.
- Assist with crisis intervention and provide after-hours support when needed.
- Promote evidence-based practices in behavioral health treatment.
Program Management
- Monitor program performance and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
Client Care
- Support individual, family, and group behavioral health services.
- Utilize sound clinical judgment in crisis situations.
- Foster a culturally competent and patient-centered environment.
Requirements
Education
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Counseling
Licensure
- Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP License (Full Licensure Required)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy
- Community Mental Health (CMH) experience highly preferred
- Strong crisis intervention, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
