Compensation & Perk:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $52.00 – $60.00 / hour
- Licensure Reimbursement: State licensure fees are 100% reimbursed after 90 days of successful employment.
- Financial Flexibility: Same-day pay advances are available (to be discussed in detail during the interview).

Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Imaging Delivery: Transport, unload, and operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment inside various care facilities to perform physician-ordered exams.
- Clinical Excellence: Obtain highly diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images and securely transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Cardiology Support: Perform EKGs on an as-needed basis and transmit data efficiently to a Cardiologist.
- Equipment & Vehicle Care: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of both your assigned company vehicle and specialized portable X-ray hardware.
- Administrative Sync: Scan and log all exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol; maintain regular communication with central dispatch and management teams.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications:
- Primary Registry: Active ARRT Certification [Required].
- State Licensure: Must possess an active California State Radiologic Technologist License [Required]. (Please note: Limited licenses cannot be accepted for this role).
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license in good, current standing at all times [Required].
Compliance & Health:
- Immunization: Vaccination against COVID-19 is required. Candidates seeking a medical or religious exemption must submit standard supporting documentation [Required].
Physical Demands:
- This is a physically active role that requires the ability to load, unload, push, and pull portable imaging equipment.
- Technologists routinely exert 50 to 100 lbs. of force to move equipment (pulleys and vehicle ramps are provided to significantly decrease weight during transit). Pushing/pulling forces up to 50 lbs. can occur 16 to 24 times per day inside facilities.
