Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacy team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, oversee the accurate dispensing of prescribed medications, provide medication education to patients and clinical staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, and timely therapeutic outcomes in full compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $112,500 – $153,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 relocation assistance available

Key Responsibilities:
- Pharmaceutical Care & Medication Therapy: Review and evaluate provider medication orders for accuracy, therapeutic appropriateness, dosing safety, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Medication Dispensing & Distribution: Oversee the safe preparation, compounding, and dispensing of inpatient pharmaceuticals in accordance with established clinical standards and pharmacy laws.
- Clinical Consultation & Education: Serve as an expert drug information resource for physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams; provide clear medication education and counseling to patients.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to controlled substance regulations, hospital formularies, medication safety standards, and continuous quality improvement protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution [Required].
- Licensure: Active State Pharmacist License (or eligible for state licensure) [Required / Highly Preferred].
- Experience: Prior hospital or acute care clinical pharmacy experience [Preferred].
- Core Competencies: Clinical pharmacology expertise, precise attention to detail, strong interdisciplinary communication, and a commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
