Position Overview:
A full-time Gastroenterology Office Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a permanent outpatient role in Southern New Hampshire. The Office Nurse coordinates professional nursing care, carries out independent assessments, and directs support staff (LPNs and Medical Assistants) in executing patient care plans within a collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule & Shift Details:
  • Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
  • Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Weekends: Saturday rotation required.
  • On-Call: None.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct outpatient care using the Nursing Process (assess, plan, implement, and evaluate).
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols.
  • Supervise, guide, and delegate clinical tasks to LPNs and Medical Assistants.
  • Educate patients and families on GI disease management, treatments, and health maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and document patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN License or active Compact/NLC RN License at submission [Required].
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA [Required].
  • Experience: Experienced RNs only; must have prior nursing experience [Required]. (New graduates not accepted).
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and equipment.
  • Relocation Note: Open to local candidates or out-of-state candidates actively in the process of relocating to New Hampshire (serious inquiries only).

  • Pay Rate: $32.50 – $48.77 / hour.
