Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our clinical team for a night shift position. In this role, you will provide critical respiratory care, assess patient needs, and administer treatments in accordance with established medical standards. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational experience in respiratory care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer specialized respiratory care protocols, therapeutic treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate patient responses to respiratory therapies and modify care plans as clinically indicated.
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and respiratory crises.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Credentials: Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Licensure: Must hold a current and active state respiratory care practitioner license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience as an RRT is required.
- Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.
- Preferences: Prior clinical experience in pediatric care is highly preferred.
