Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality, patient- and family-centered nursing care. In this role, you will apply the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to manage patient care, make appropriate clinical interventions, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and educational assessments to build and execute individualized nursing care plans.
- Clinical Interventions: Administer medications, perform treatments, and deliver timely clinical interventions tailored to patient needs.
- Evaluation & Advocacy: Continuously evaluate patient responses to nursing care and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Direct, coordinate, and delegate clinical activities to care team members to optimize patient outcomes and maintain safety standards.
- Professional Standards: Adhere to departmental policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Nursing Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical Registered Nurse experience [Required].
- Travel Experience: Completion of at least 1 prior travel nursing assignment [Required].
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License [Required].
Certifications:
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required].
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification [Preferred].
- EHR Proficiency: Prior experience with Paragon Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system [Preferred].
