Job Title: Special Procedures / Vascular & Cardiovascular Technologist
Position Summary:
Perform special procedures, vascular, and cardiovascular diagnostic studies to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate examinations, assist with implementing patient care plans, and maintain efficient department operations through dependable, competent service.
Perform special procedures, vascular, and cardiovascular diagnostic studies to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate examinations, assist with implementing patient care plans, and maintain efficient department operations through dependable, competent service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform specific special procedures, vascular, and cardiovascular diagnostic examinations.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for diagnostic studies.
- Coordinate special procedure schedules to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute to efficient department operations and assist in carrying out patient care plans.
- Maintain professional competence and demonstrate commitment to professional growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in Radiology Technology or graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications:
- Active ARRT registration
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire)
- Housing/Proximity: Must live or stay within 30 minutes of the facility for the duration of the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of Vascular, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Special Procedures experience.
