Position Overview:
A high-volume Cath Lab team is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist for an 8-hour day shift with rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call duties. The role supports comprehensive cardiac and peripheral services, including Left/Right Heart Cath, PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, carotid interventions, pacemaker insertions, tilt table tests, kyphoplasty, and AV graft procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate procedures, including operating X-ray equipment across specialized imaging rooms.
- Operate advanced lab equipment, including Philips Laser Systems, IVUS, OCT, Siemens Artis Zee C-arms, and coronary/peripheral atherectomy devices.
- Utilize McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic systems for procedural workflow and documentation.
- Assist with pre- and post-procedure care, patient transport, inventory management, and billing support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated Cath Lab experience required. Recent traveler experience preferred.
- Certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required. AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required/preferred per role guidelines.
