Join a hospital pharmacy team seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist with strong clinical, oncology compounding, and anticoagulation experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking for a high-hour inpatient contract assignment with advanced clinical responsibilities and collaborative hospital support.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify physician medication orders
• Monitor drug interactions, allergies, and lab results
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing for high-risk medications
• Compound IV medications, TPN, chemotherapy, and sterile preparations
• Support inpatient anticoagulation clinic services
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff
• Assist with medication reconciliation and discharge counseling

📅 Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends & Holidays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call responsibilities required

📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience
• Active Michigan Pharmacist License
• Oncology compounding experience required
• Ability to support Anticoagulation Clinic services
