Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services within a long-term care setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop customized treatment plans. Your primary goal will be to help residents regain mobility, improve independence with daily tasks (such as climbing stairs or transferring from a chair), and ensure all care aligns with local, state, and federal regulations.
Submission Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience is required.
- Setting: Prior experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation facility is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Credentials: A valid state driver's license is required.
